ACTS Config value "testbed" can be a JsonObject This should make it much easier to find and use testbeds from the ACTS config. Note that for backwards compatibility with user_params, The name of the testbed entry gets added to the testbed object as "name", and will overwrite any "name" field found in the testbed.
