CEP support for epdg conference call is added Compatible with both CEP enabled and CEP not enabled carriers. 1. If number of call ids after call merge is greater than 1 and new conference call id is available, the carrier should be CEP enabled. 2, If number of call ids is equal to 1 after call merge and the call id is not equal to any of previous call id, the carrier is not CEP enabled.
