ACTS Tests for Connected MAC Randomization
Verify that the Connected MAC Randomization is working as intended.
Things tested:
1. Verify that device can connect successfully with randomized MAC.
2. Verify that the device uses same randomized MAC address when
reconnecting to the same network.
3. Through softAp logs, verify that the ap observes only the randomized
MAC address, and not the factory-set MAC address.
