Add exception handling for UNKONWN GATT test results We've been getting a lot of testcase results with status UNKNOWN due to failure to handle exceptions properly. This assists in that effort to make expected exceptions actual failures. Change-Id: Ie40185f8342286a6bff3d9fe21e6841d6058d8c5
