Update A2dpCodecBaseTest and fix bug in audio_test_utils. Updates to A2dpCodecBaseTest: - Simplify test method logic - Integrate with abstract device factory - Add sine wave anomaly detection Bug: None Test: tested on Pixel1, with Earstudio bluetooth dongle and AudioBox 22 VSL soundcard.
