Fix bug in iperf servers over adb. Fixing s bug introduced in the latest iperf CL where the pid was reset to the empty string only once in init, causing the iperf server pid to be wrong and thus the iperf server is never killed and runs multiple tests which makes the output incompatible with IPerfResult.
