Add simple conference calling test Adds a simple test to create a conference call by accepting calls from two different remote phones and then merging them into a single call on HF. It finishes with hanging up the calls. Bug: b/29898872 Change-Id: Id56d2c343909d0fa8824fbfe4bd4b3534cd4403d
