Using epoch time as test begin time. The old way of using log_begin_time which doesn't include year will provide incomplete time information. Modify check_crash_report and get_qxdm_logs using epoch time. Modify get_file_names to grab file based on modified time in last seconds by "find directory -mtime" command. It will provide efficeint way to get files modified after certain time. Test: run ACTS test Bug: None Change-Id: Id22247b8428c53d55e8a95a605857c23f45373ed
