A series of call waiting test cases are added

Following new telephony test cases related to call waiting are added:
  1. test_call_waiting_scenario_1: 1st call ended first by caller1 during 2nd
        call incoming. 2nd call ended by caller2.
  2. test_call_waiting_scenario_2: 1st call ended first by caller1 during 2nd
        call incoming. 2nd call ended by callee.
  3. test_call_waiting_scenario_3: 1st call ended first by callee during 2nd
        call incoming. 2nd call ended by caller2.
  4. test_call_waiting_scenario_4: 1st call ended first by callee during 2nd
        call incoming. 2nd call ended by callee.
  5. test_call_waiting_scenario_5: 1st call ended by caller1. 2nd call ended
        by caller2.
  6. test_call_waiting_scenario_6: 1st call ended by caller1. 2nd call ended by
        callee.
  7. test_call_waiting_scenario_7: 1st call ended by callee. 2nd call ended by
        caller2.
  8. test_call_waiting_scenario_8: 1st call ended by callee. 2nd call ended by
        callee.
  9. test_call_waiting_deactivated
