Fix: ACTS not exiting test class cleanly when class setup fails. When the setup for a test class fails, it should generate a summary log and update the test context. Bug: 122083575 Test: act.py Change-Id: I3f483c22be9f14bd4507c8f3f5eff5b418c8c042
