Avrcp passthrouhg test with associated phone
Add interface for android_device to create abstract device.
Add AvrcpBaseTest for setup Avrcp test with relay or android device.
Add new class SimualtedCarlitDevice which wrap AndroidDevice, and
implement all method defined in BluetoothHandfreeAbstractDevice.
Add BtAvrcpPassThroughTest to test Avrcp basic passthrough commands.
