Allow atest to run TEST_MAPPING files with host only tests.
Tests from TEST_MAPPING files are split into 2 groups, tests requires device to
run and tests only runs on host and don't require device.
Atest will run the 2 groups of tests in 2 suites and print both result summaries
at the end.

TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
