Call saveConfiguration after setting up a wifi network Without saveConfiguration, PSK passwords will be forgotten after a reboot. Also stops exposing Network ID in IWifiHelper since it's liable to change (and especially so after a saveConfiguration call) Change-Id: Idc020161b5c6ddc6a054511aeeb6ecfc64a26bf6
