Throw a config exception when template unmatched If a template:map argument is passed and doesn't match any of the template-include. A configuration exception will be thrown. Also ensured, that cached config will be properly called. Bug: 27397205 Change-Id: I62f202fd049098e54172929a42f82bf1f0e825d5
