Atest: a patch for locating integration test dirs.
Since aosp/801774 merged, the path of test configs have been
changed to ../res/config and will result in failing to find
corresponding xmls. This patch is to adapt the change.

Test: $ source build/envsetup.sh && lunch
$ atest -mtv example/reboot
$ cd tools/tradefederation/core/atest
$ ./atest_run_unittests.py

TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
