atest_tradefed: add cts-dalvik-host-test-runner Several Libcore/Dalvik tests require the dalvik host test runner at runtime. This change includes it from the host/.../framework folder if it exists. Bug: 71899243 Test: atest CtsLibCoreTestCases Change-Id: I1e77f5b14d74d2c304a06e4843be8b48c88cf56f
TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
