Use full protobuf for asuite_proto_java Soong was incorrectly defaulting to compiling for full protos but using the lite runtime, and is switching to compiling for lite protos by default. Explicitly select full protos here. Also remove the manual dependency on libprotobuf-cpp-full, it will be added automatically. TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
