Introduce a delay between install tests Installing has a tax on CPU an heats up the device (as it calls dex2oat). Add a delay between install to keep thermal in control. Test: atest Change-Id: Ie73ddc712474b28cbb34604396eb4d03d4492a86
TF is a test harness used to drive Android automated testing. It runs on test hosts and monitors the connected devices, handling test scheduling & execution and device management.
Other test harnesses like Compatibility Test Suite (CTS) and Vendor Test Suite (VTS) use TF as a basis and extend it for their particular needs.
