Remove all images under DCIM/Camera as work around. There is a bug which the camera app fails to mount to external storage when either DCIM folder or the DCIM/Camera folder removed. As a workaround, just remove the files under DCIM/Camera. Change-Id: I74044feb1bddb456774f30408dfa3d09a8c5f658
