Camera2 API performance KPIs test This test invocation runs android.hardware.camera2.cts.PerformanceTest that measures Camera performance KPIs at API level, such as camera open time, session creation time, shutter lag etc. The problem of the current CTS test is that it just passed without tracking and assessing each KPI. With this CL KPIs will be parsed and tracked on dashboard. Change-Id: I878b25b3ba88eb63102a48ab7882c69b7845da27
