IMS: Disable Consultative ECT across subs on UI - Disable the Consultative Transfer option if Active call and Secondary call on HUN banner are on different subs. - Add handling of fail case, when HELD call is ended remotely. Change-Id: I46ce3e1cf1102d9f641d9ac8e99253542ac2b98f CRs-Fixed: 3059935
