Initialize callProviderLabel with an empty string Current logic does not initialize callProviderLabel. This leads showing "calling via null" incall UI in case of MO emergency call with no sim card inserted. Change-Id: Ie70404fdfd3aadf4c4ed1f7e2cd04b4f21f8555d
