NFC: Fix empty hash issue for INxpNfcLegacy HAL Due to wrong location of current.txt file, hash was not set properly and we could still do modifications to it. File is added at the correct place to ensure HAL is frozen. Change-Id: I1389c2e1acfd47b1e0a853e1d1e819b11ec1375d
