Manage Internal Bytes within same block as DynLock_Area

According to [T2T] section 4.7: "When the last byte of the DynLock_Area
is not the last byte of a Block, the bytes of this Block that are not
part of DynLock_Area are Internal Bytes."
In the attribute table, these bytes shall be considered as DynLock_Area
or Rsvd_Are bytes i.e. not to be used for NDEF write. These bytes/bits
are written with zeros in the lock procedure (transition RW to RO).
