Android Q 10.00.13 patch integration [MPOS]: Support configurable existing LPCD configuration. By default, the LPCD is disabled in EMVCO profile in latest FW. Hence,going forward, to be compatible with both the old & new FW, MW shall allow to configure this feature from libnfc-nxp.conf file.
