NFC: Common HIDL changes for NQxxx and SNxxx Add changes for loading NQxxx/SNxxx HAL based on chip id. Update the copyright years. Update Legacy HIDL also to call HAL APIs based on common structure to hold function pointers. Change-Id: I27a0ff360da03ec6f6a16f4e807542b2439606aa
