Reconnect() after checking for NdefFormatable(). Some tags may be left in an inconsistent or "non-responding" state after we do NdefFormatable checks. For example, tags that identify as DESfire but don't support the getVersion() command. To make sure the stack can continue to work with them, we reconnect().
