st-hal: Fix second-stage keyword buffer sizes to improve detection rate The second-stage keyword algorithm requires the first frame size to conatain the maximum available keyword size up to the first stage keyword end index, otherwise the detection may be rejected. Fix this issue by passing the frame size as required. Change-Id: Ib35858d6d52717783cb230cf4bc97bd44e805338
