st-hal: Update device data structure from bitmask to list. The device type values used in the audio hal interface to audio framework changed from bit masks to linear values. This change supports the same in sthal by restructuring the device reference code. Update the STHAL_PROP_API_CURRENT_VERSION to 2.0. Change-Id: I8817bea4ff53963bd17073fa596c57e837669285
