core-utils: call makefile-violation-scanner.sh after target lunch TARGET_PRODUCT is qssi for build_target when we call makefile scan before target lunch. It is causing compilation error for qssi targets. Call makefile scan only after target lunch to update TARGET_PRODUCT. Change-Id: I16a0917a9e777618aa9e22532a2c7309b740a9bd
