librmnetctl: static analyis fix Previously librmnetctl did not len check device names to prevent buffer overflow when creating nlmsgs to kernel. This fixes that to correctly prevent the dangerous memcpy that would result from string longer than bufferlength Change-Id: Ic83194f812cbe9fa31d6c17e5b440e7efd72b5b2
