Revert "qcom: opensource: mmc-utils: having the mmc-utils build on QCOM targets"
This reverts commit 3115490eb5194c8e64b3e0c47571e5f2ad62038a.
The reverted patch enables successful compilation of mmc-utils
for Android build. mmc-utils project holds different user-space
utilities required when working with emmc cards, used to
directly communicate with the emmc driver. The utilities
provided by this project are used both for testing and for
normal device operation.
