wlan: Use INT_MSK bits to sync when Mgmt logging is disabled Host should use INT_MSK bits to sync with the firmware when Frame logging is disabled. This requirement is as per the firmware implementation. Without the change, DXE driver may try to read WCNSS registers while pulling Rx frames when WCNSS is power collapsed.
