wlan: Use vmalloc to allocate sme comand list. SME command list doesn't require memory to be physically contiguous. Hence using vmalloc to allocate memory so that memory allocation failures may be reduced in low memory conditions. Change-Id: Id9f36e115c72bb16400d507459a94608a51e4837 CRs-Fixed: 800569
