wlan: Probe Req frames in 2.4 GHz channels contain channelbonding enabled in HT info IE. We did not have check for what channel we are tunned to when we prepare probe req frames for active scan. Added this check to reset channel bonding for probe req frames when tunned to 2.4 GHz channels. Change-Id: I0cabe1ed554413d8ebe20daef59dfaac8c5f65c9 CR-Fixed: 429228
