wlan: ActivetoPassiveTimer is not cleard. gLimActiveToPassiveChannelTimer is not clear at the time of driver unload. Due to this timer there is some timer still running and unloading is happening which is leading to crash. CRs-Fixed: 488727 Change-Id: I0ccc90c3f102845a72fde6085458654fb5280d65
