wlan: Increase default max channel time during split scan to 40ms
When connecting to an AP to establish a MCC session, we observed higher
connect times in noisy enviroment. This was because STA scans to find the
AP to connect to was not able to find the AP. The reason was we have a
27 msec max channel time in case of concurrency for scanning on each
channel. This time is less in noisy enviroments leading us to switch
sooner and miss Probe Responses of some APs. The fix is to make the max
channel time on each channel during concurrency same as max channel time
during normal (non-concurrent) scenarios which is 40ms.
