wlan: Reset HBPktCnt before sending probe req after HB indication. HBPktCount is not been reset before sending probe after HB indication is received by from FW. This may lead to HBPktCount as one even if preobe resp is not received for the probe req. Reset the HBPktCount before sending the probe request.
