wlan: correct the usage of wiphy->bands at init time For the 3.10 kernel, the wiphy->bands is an array of 3 and not 2 elements. The 3rd element can be uninitialized. If the element is unitialized, do not return error but skip it. Change-Id: I881671dce3e527886d94e956bafa7326cea82e9b
