wlan: Set the driver capability flag WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_FW_ROAM We need to make sure the supplicant knows that we are a driver that is capable of initiating roaming. The driver capability flag WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_FW_ROAM is used to indicate that. Therefore, set WIPHY_FLAG_SUPPORTS_FW_ROAM in wlan_hdd_cfg80211_register().
