Make Copyright consistent batch-4 to match legal
Make Copyright text consistent and match per legal
needs and also to ensure that that standard git
merge/patch commands are transparent as code flows
from one branch/repository to other. This helps
automaton and also can be used to alert if any
issues are found.
Fixed checkpatch issues if any after clean-up.
Fixed multiyear copyright string fix from legacy
files
