prima: Restore DXE power state when timeout happens When WDI sends IMPS, BMPS power state commands, it waits for the response from DXE within 10 secs. When timeout occurs it leads to the issue where DXE power state differs from PE, Firmware. FULL power command to DXE when timeout happens.
