wlan: Avoid scan STOP/START OFFLOAD if no 5G channel present In case of forced 5g roaming we stop the offload scan to prevent triggering of fwr based roaming simultaneously. Right now we send stop to firmware without checking of is there any 5G channel present or not. Fix if there is valid 5G channel then only host need to stop scan offload.
