wlan: Replace VOS_BUG with SSR in activeListCmdTimeoutHandle Replace VOS_BUG with SSR in activeListCmdTimeoutHandle. In Internal builds SSR is not enabled so this will lead to same behaviour as VOS_BUG. In customer builds SSR is enabled so the driver will recover from this condition using SSR and will not cause crash. Change-Id: I8288914eba86f110d2e945f47b8e8d0716dc299b CRs-Fixed: 918311
