prima: Fix to block suspend wlan if already suspended Currently, suspend wlan request from upper layer is honored without checking whether device is already in suspended state or not. This is causing device to crash when PNO is enabled and back to back suspend wlan is issued. Fix this by not honoring wlan suspend if device is already in suspended state.
