wlan: wdi: avoid overriding smd state from closed to deffered During SSR chaging local state of SMD to remote closed is asynchronous event which is not protected by any locking mechanism. This could potential cause a race condition in setting SMD to desired state by driver. Adding locking mechanism to ensure proper SMD state is known before changing it.
