wlan: Remove redundant ini parameter for DHCP debugging Currently two ini parameters gEnableDhcpDebug and gEnableDebugLog are used for DHCP debugging. Changes are done to remove gEnableDhcpDebug ini parameter and control the dhcp debugging using only one ini parameter.i.e. gEnableDebugLog.
