wlan: Set highest CB mode among all the valid sessions in the finish scan
The problem was, if the P2P connection happens on VHT80 and then if the
sta associates to the AP with VHT40 on same primary channel as P2P then
if the GUI scan happens, in the finish scan we are sending the cb mode
as VHT40 which results in Low TP for P2P traffic.
The fix is to send the highest cb mode among all the valid session in
the finish scan.
