wlan: Destroy the lock before freeing WDA context Currently mutex mgmt_pkt_lock destroy is called after freeing the WDA context. In this change fix is to destroy the lock before freeing the context in order to avoid possible system crash. Change-Id: Iab55d2e64f80b2d40e0e080c9c80fcf5e1713cd4 CRs-Fixed: 1076848
