wlan: Upper Limit Increased for Channel Scan Time The maximum value is increased from 40 to 300 for the Channel Scan Time.The variable type is modified from uint8 to uint16 to accomodate the new range of values. Change-Id: I62d467ebfc4522bf8c7872f139b5b291b91d4a89 CRs-Fixed: 501211
